Rinaldo represents employees and employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including multi-party and single plaintiff discrimination and sexual harassment claims, whistleblower retaliation complaints, wrongful discharge, and other employment related issues. His passion for employment law began at Santa Clara University School of Law. Rinaldo interned at Santa Clara Law’s Worker’s Rights Clinic at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center, where he helped low-wage employees navigate various workplace issues.
Prior to Macias Rodriguez Adams LLP, Rinaldo began his career in the Non-Profit sector, representing clients in various types of legal issues including family and criminal matters such as Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, child custody, child/spousal support, and criminal expungements. Rinaldo also represented clients in wage disputes and wrongful evictions.
